PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Ground up construction of 135,167 square foot long term care and skilled nursing facility in Peridot, AZ. The facility is complete with 100 total beds for the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation and the sovereign nation of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Project includes an administration center, long term care, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice departments.
