Ground up construction of 33,356 square foot medical clinic in Bylas, AZ for the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation and the sovereign nation of the San Carlos Apache Tribe.

The widening of the US-70 at mile post 274  for an eastbound center turn lane and westbound right turn lane.  Project also includes the creation of a new intersection on the highway, complete with street lighting.

Ground up construction of 135,167 square foot long term care and skilled nursing facility in Peridot, AZ.  The facility is complete with 100 total beds for the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation and the sovereign nation of the San Carlos Apache Tribe.  Project includes an administration center, long term care, memory care, skilled nursing, and hospice departments.

New construction of 1,300' long campus connector roadway between current parking lot and new hospital facilities.  Project includes utility and grading and drainage improvements.

Demolition and full remodel of a 4,000 square foot cafeteria space within the Gompers adult day care facility.  Project was completed at no cost to Gompers through combined efforts of the GCON, Inc. construction company.

Full renovation and fit out of two restrooms for the Arizona Cancer Foundation for Children and the children it serves.  Project was completed at no cost to the Foundation as part of the 2023 ABA Leadership Development Forum class
