As a proud member of the Industrial Advisory Committee for the Habitat for Humanity Construction Training Program, Ethos Construction Management is committed to giving back to the community by helping shape the next generation of builders. Our team provides input on curriculum design, safety practices, and hands-on training events that prepare individuals who are new to the construction industry for meaningful careers. By combining real-world expertise with mentorship, we ensure participants gain the practical knowledge and confidence they need to succeed, while also reinforcing the importance of quality, accountability, and character in every project.
Ethos Construction Management is a strong advocate for work-life balance and the well-being of industry professionals. Our Principal proudly serves as Chairman of the Builder’s Balance committee within the Arizona Builders Alliance, which focuses on outdoor activities and mental wellness. Each month, the committee organizes and leads events such as hiking, biking, kayaking, cornhole, and bowling, encouraging members to recharge, connect, and foster healthier lifestyles. By supporting Builder’s Balance, Ethos helps promote a culture where professional excellence is strengthened through wellness, teamwork, and balance.
Ethos Construction Management is proud to support the next generation of tradespeople by offering the Ethos CM High School Tradesperson Scholarship. This $500 scholarship recognizes and uplifts graduating high school seniors who are entering the trades, either through direct employment or by attending a certified trade school.
Ethos Construction Management is committed to investing in future leaders of the construction industry. The Ethos CM Build it Better Scholarship awards $500 to a graduating high school senior who is pursuing a degree in a construction-related field. This scholarship is designed to support students with a passion for building the future, both literally and figuratively.
