Responsibilities:
Support executive functions including billing, invoicing, and documentation
Assist in transcribing notes and creating daily logs
Organize paperwork and digital files within a detailed tracking system
Collaborate with team members on project engineer responsibilities
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, Raken, and Procore
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of commercial construction experience in office or field environments
Currently enrolled in or looking to enroll in construction-related coursework, or recent graduate (college alternative education highly considered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take direction and drive positive change in processes

Pay and Perks:
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
On-Premise and Hybrid (up to 80% Remote) work options available
$18.00 to $30.00 per hour dependent on experience and availability
Travel not required for position, but available. All travel is reimbursed at standard GSA lodging and meals and incidentals per diem rates. All travel by personal vehicle for business purposes reimbursed at IRS standard mileage deduction rates.

Superintendent, Construction Management
Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and architects
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, Raken, and Procore for project management and documentation
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and efficiently
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in field supervision
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex construction issues

$65.00 to $100.00 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience

Project Manager, Construction Management and Administration
Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract specifications
Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office Suite, Raken, and Procore for project management, documentation, and communication
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
